If you look around nowadays it’s a rare sight if you don’t see someone glued to their phone, completely unaware of what’s going on around them. It’s really interesting how much people use their phone while in the middle of a conversation, sometimes more focused on the phone than the conversation they are having with the person right in front of them. Has this ever happened to you, or maybe you even done this yourself?

It’s a different world we are living in now; as opposed to 10 – 20 years ago. The Best Website Builder for the New Internet Marketer

The Best Website Builder for the New Internet Marketer

It can be confusing to know what tool to use to build a website. There are heaps of programs out there that you can use, and they are not necessarily easy to operate. If you are building a website for Internet Marketing, then the chances are you don’t have much time in which to do it. Penetrating a market can be hard. It takes work, time and a lot of research before you decide on a path. If you want to work more effectively and not necessarily harder, then you need to find another way, and find the best website builder you can in order to save time and energy.

Take a moment and think about what you have to do to build a website. There’s the coding, and then the graphic design, and after that you have to deal with the content itself. Let’s face it, the content is the fun part, because by then you’ve done the research and you know which way you are jumping. Before you deal with the content, there’s the site to deal with. It can be wearying, not to mention frustrating.

While you’re thinking about the website design side, think about how much time it takes you to do a simple site and then upload it. Does it take you an hour, maybe two, three or even longer? That’s time you could be using for more profitable ventures.

The landing page is the key behind getting sales, so it has to look good. It’s hard for an inexperienced website designer to do this. Eventually, you will get the knack, but it could take you months or more to become skillful. For a new Internet marketer this can be more than annoying. There’s a lot to learn in those early months. There’s a lot you have to concentrate on.

Wouldn’t it be great if there was a tool that would take all the effort out of website design for you?

There is, and it was designed by people in the know. People who use these tools every day themselves, and have seen other people’s frustrations take hold and fail at Internet Marketing because they couldn’t master the skill of website design. They’ve called the website builder Site Rubix, and its purpose is to de-skill building a website from scratch. It’s worth looking into if you need serious help with website design to get you off and running.

It makes sense to concentrate on the important things and leave the rest behind. It makes even better sense to concentrate on tasks you are good at. If website design is not one of them find another way, and get your business moving in the direction you want and need it to. Investigate your options before plunging full speed ahead stuck in first gear.

There are plenty of article marketing services available, each offering to assist you with your specific needs. Many only deal with the writing aspect, using ghostwriters to produce content in your name. Others also do the research needed in order to make sure your articles are keyword-rich and optimized for search engines (SEO). Some article marketing services only handle distribution, taking content that you have created and submitting it to numerous article directories such as EzineArticles.

The real lifesavers in the article marketing business are those services that provide a combination of all the things you need for content marketing. 10 Errors That Will Kill Your Email Marketing Campaign

10 Errors That Will Kill Your Email Marketing Campaign

Email marketing is an essential component of any internet business. Provided you avoid some of the mistakes many internet marketers fall prey to, you can earn a basic income online. If you're ready to take your internet business to the next level and make money online, you've got to learn money-making strategies that convert into sales.

Here are 10 critical mistakes that will crush your internet business:

1. Writing average subject lines. The sole purpose of your subject line is to get the reader to open the email and that's it. If the email is not opened it does not matter how good your actual email content is, because it will not be read. You need your subject lines to contain a reader benefit without giving away what's actually inside the email.

2. Misleading the reader. Your subject line must flow into the first few lines of your email. If your message fails to match the subject line, you'll find most people will not read past the first few lines of your email.

3. Buying email lists. The key to a long engaging Internet marketing campaign is to send emails to targeted prospects. If you buy a list, chances are your prospects have seen it all before and will not be willing to even open your email. Stay away from this idea wherever possible.

4. Being too formal. You need to speak to the reader as if you were sitting across from them. Talk to them directly as if you were talking to a friend. Try and avoid business like emails. To ensure a successful email marketing campaign, provide an entertaining story at every opportunity.

5. Forgetting the call to action. At the end of every email you write, do not forget to tell your readers what you want them to do next. If you forget to include this step you'll lose the sale straight away. If a reader has taken the time to get to the end of your email, they're obviously interested in what you have to offer.

6. Adding too much hype. Be careful not to yell at your reader but rather speak to them directly as if you were talking to a friend. List the benefits of what the reader will receive from the product your promoting. If you want your internet business to prosper, focus on providing good quality content that readers will respond to.

7. Sending spam. Spamming is now illegal with harsh penalies attached for those who break the law. Spam is basically an email that is send to a large list of recipients without their consent or prior knowledge. Many people do not understand the difference to what is legally considered as spam and what is not, so it's best to only mail the people on your list.

8. Injecting the "Me" Factor. Your readers do not care about you! As harsh as this may sound, it's true. Do not bore your readers by speaking about yourself all the time. Your readers are only interested in what you can do for them. Focus on reader benefits when preparing your email marketing campaign and explain what your product will do for them.

9. Sending emails for the sake of sending emails. You must provide quality content to your readers. Offer them free tips, send them to online video tutorials you've created or provided a solution to their problem. You need to make an impression quickly. If they think your email is wasting their time, they will not hang around on your list for long.

10. Including too many links or images. It's important to only ask your readers to perform one action. If you put numerous links through your email, your readers will get confused and will not know what to do. The end result – they will close the email straight away.

Email marketing is an amazing way to skyrocket your internet marketing campaign. If you provide quality content, maintain readers interest and avoid the appearance of spam, you can earn extra money online that will provide you with an income for years to come. And that wraps up my article about running a successful email marketing campaign.

Marketing to Your Market – 3 Simple Steps

Marketing to Your Market – 3 Simple Steps

So you have a product and you want to market it, and make sales. Sounds simple does not it. Well there are people making millions telling people just like you how to market to your market. More often then not people tend to over think how to market products. Here are the 5 simple steps to marketing to your market.

1.) Eat drink and sleep like the people in your market, get inside their head, how they think, walk, talk, anything and everything you need to know. Once you know these things you can relate to them.

2.) Now that you "know" your consumers try and think of something you can give them for free. Everyone loves free stuff, and if you are able to provide value to the consumer, and build a relationship you are looking at a repeat customer.

3.) Over freaking deliver, once you have a relationship with the consumer and if you have done it right they are already looking to buy whatever you have, make sure you over deliver. For example if they are looking for X make sure to give them X and Y and Z.

If you do these things you can more then easily sell anything to anyone. The main point is to build a relationship or trust with the consumer. Once they trust you, and you provide exceptional value they will buy. You will stop asking how I get them to buy; you'll start asking what I can give them next. Then once your business is at that point you'll want to help other do the same.

Article Marketing: Secrets To Writing Great Contents The Easy Way

Article Marketing: Secrets To Writing Great Contents The Easy Way

The truth in article writing is that you want good contents and unless you are a skilled writer with plenty of free time, writing articles is going to be a rough and tumble journey for you.

But do not freak as you can have many options you can find out there for creating that content for you.

“I can’t do it all by myself, I’m at a lost here”, you may screamed as you begin to tear your hair.

There is no need to worry, as you can choose the easy way out.

Here is the answer to the elusive secrets to writing good content if you want someone to do it for you and perhaps it would save you on your time and a severe headache too.

Go out there and find a ghost writer. Not a real ghost though but someone who can write articles for you for a fee. Search for and you will find a bunch of guys who would work for you to get your most wanted articles written for you with minimum fuss.

All you have to do is to send in your instructions, in a prescribed form as so required, telling your hired writer whatever topic you want them to write for you. Give them a sample article or the format that you want and perhaps include a link or more to some websites for their referrals and to follow but not plagiarizing its content.

Remember to tell them how many words you want your articles to be. You do not want them to too short or too long. Article with 400 to about 1000 would be just nice to give the maximum impact the message you want to project in your topic.

But you should be aware the dark side of getting good articles if you want it done at all costs.

Just think if someone would to tell you that you can get good article written for you for 5 dollars, but in reality, in the marketplace, a 500-700 words article that has a decent quality that would cost you at least 150 dollars down?

Sure you can find lots of sites where you can find writers charging you down low as five bucks but you must know that are they knowledgeable enough in your niche as you only know how as far as the quality of that article is concerned?

You can have your articles with good contents written the easy way but choose your writers wisely.

Supercharge Your Email Marketing With These 10 Subject Line Ideas

Supercharge Your Email Marketing With These 10 Subject Line Ideas

Email marketing is still the top method for your to communicate directly with customers. But, your customer’s email inbox is busy and before they read your email they have to open it first. That’s why an email subject line is so important. Here are 10 ideas to boost the open rates for your email marketing.

1. Ignite Their Interest

Don’t tell them everything in the subject line. Spark their interest and make them want to open the email to discover more. Consider what they see when they receive your email and put the words in the right order so that they want to find out more.

2. Use Your Personality

Convey your personality into your email marketing. You need to stand out in that inbox and, if appropriate for your subscribers, write your subject line in the same way as you would if you were sending it to a friend.

3. Make Them Curious

If you know the audience you’re sending emails to well, and you should, it should not be difficult to craft curiosity-seeking subjects for them.

4. Don’t Be Too Smart

Be cautious about trying to be too smart with your email subject lines. If your reader feels fooled when they open the email, no matter how good your offer is, they will want to unsubscribe.

5. Use Keywords

Some people search their inbox using keywords so include relevant keywords in the email subject line. Plus, when the email comes in, the keyword will be immediately noticeable.

6. Personalize It

If you can use a person’s name in the subject line they’re going to be more likely to open the email.

7. Avoid Filler Words

You have very little space in the email subject line. Test different words to find out what works best for you. The general guideline is 1 to 7 words or less than 130 characters.

8. Name Drop

If you use a famous person’s name, or the name of somebody who your audience likes, it will help your open rate. But be mindful when doing this because you don’t want the person’s name you use to be angry, so make sure that it’s all positive. It needs to be a win-win situation.

9. Include A Deadline

Using a deadline in the subject line will tempt your audience to open it. If you have a special offer that finishes in three days, say so in the subject line, but make sure you stick to it!

10. Ask A Question

If your audience sees a question that they want answered, they are going to want to open that email for the answer.

The Best Internet Marketers Let Competition Bring Out the Best in Them

The Best Internet Marketers Let Competition Bring Out the Best in Them

For many online marketers, competition might not sound like a good thing. Anyone that is in the field knows that the more competition that they have in a niche, the harder it is to get found in the search engines and the more expensive pay per clicks advertising is. While both of those things are frustrating to say the least, the best Internet marketers let the competition bring out the best in them.

Without competition, there would be very little left to drive people to accomplish what it is that they want to accomplish. The best of the best know this and therefore, they don’t let their competitors stress them out all too much. For those just starting out in the field however, realizing this might not come naturally at first. Marketers want to make money and they don’t want to waste time overcoming whoever was there before them. Here are a few tips to help marketers make the best out of the competition so that it is not as stressful:

  • One person is powerful, but two people is double the power. If there is a person or two in your niche that always seems to be at the top, try teaming up with them. It might not make a lot of sense at first, but those who have been in the online marketing field for awhile can show you a lot of strategies and tips. You will get those who are not willing to share, but there are plenty who will be more than happy to team up on a joint project or share their advice.
  • Check who your competition is before you get into a niche. Many times, marketers will jump on a trend right when, or right after everyone else has and this means instant competition. The key is getting in before everyone else does so that you are never last in line, having to fight your way back up to the top.
  • Let the competition drive you to do your best, not your worst. Rather than letting it keep you down, find the motivation in it. If you see someone else be successful, that is all the more reason to want to be that successful, which will prompt you to work harder and be happier.

If you let the competition in the Internet marketing world keep you down, then it will also keep your marketing efforts down as well. You should be using the challenge in a positive light rather than in a negative light.

Website For The Company Store

Website For The Company Store

If your company own one or more stores, you might be wondering if it would be a good idea to have a website. You might also be wondering if a website for the company store would be profitable for your business.

Those are very legitimate questions.

I worked as a marketing director for a store for some times, and I was always harassed by salesman wanting me to by publicity for every imaginable form of paper advertising. Some offer were interesting, most were not.

Are you in the same situation?

If you are, you know how expensive paper advertising is. A simple add in the yellow pages can cost you thousands of dollars each year!

So you might be wondering if a website for the company store is a good idea, furthermore an affordable idea. And the answer is maybe.

Why? Because it depends on who you buy your website from and why.

Who should you buy your website for the company store from?

There is a large choice of company who can help you. My suggestion? Go either with a local company you personally know, or ask 3 companies for a quote and compare prices, or do it yourself.

A local company you know

This can be a great choice, because you can get a personal recommendation from a friend or a business partner. But do not fall into the "I have to buy from him because he was recommended". Do your homework first and find out if the company knows what she is doing.

Ask for 3 quotes

This is in my eye a good way to compare prices. The only important thing here is to know what you want first. If you ask quotes without detailing what you need, you will not be able to compare the 3 offers very easily.

Do it yourself

If you have the time to do it, you can use a very simple online tool and build your own website for the company store. The good side of this option is the reduced cost, because you control everything and you do not have to pay for updates. The downside is that you need to learn how to do it. But when you compare the prices, you may decide you want to learn!

How much should you pay for your website for the company store?

Again, it depends on your budget. If you are already spending thousands of dollars in advertising each year, you might have a larger budget to put in the web. On the other had, if your company has little budget for advertising, you should pay less.

Usually, when I build a website for a company store, I charge between 1000 $ and 5000 $, depending on the complexity of the site. I can offer very affordable rate for small website because I use an online tool that has an unbeatable price. This allow me, for my clients who has a smaller budget, to teach them how to manage their website themselves. This way, I get them started the right way using all the knowledge I have associated in the past few years in web marketing, usability and search engine optimization, and then I let them continue the work themselves. It is an excellent way to save when you buy a website for the company store!

Take each of the 7 tips in your article and turn each tip into an article. Then you are going to take those articles and expand it into a chapter.

Instead of a 300 to 500 word article, you may want 1,000, 1,500 words, 2,000 words. Here's how you take a 50-word tip and turn it into a chapter. You basically do what I call a "brain / heart dump." That means everything you know about something, everything you feel about something, everything you've experienced about something, boom, you're going to pour it into that chapter.

Use testimonials, use case studies, use examples. Use a quote that fits into what you're talking about and then explain that quote; how it applies for your particular situation, your particular topic and your particular niche.

You're basically beefing up your content. Hear me on this, when I say beefing up your content, I do not mean fluffing it up. I do not mean filling it up with fluff. I do not mean doing things like – I think it was ninth grade and I had a report due that required a certain amount of words, and what I did was every time I cited a year, instead of like 1972, I spelled out the phrase and somehow Mr. Ivy, my Civics teacher, did not quite approve of that.

I'm not talking about putting fluff in there. I'm talking about adding additional good quality content

2. Use your original 7 tips article as an introduction / overview

Guess what? What else goes into a book typically is an introduction and the conclusion. You already have your introduction. Guess what your introduction is? Your 7 tips article. That 300 to 500-word article is already the introduction, maybe with a few other words added before and after, and boom, there you go.

You've got your introduction. You've got your seven chapters.

3. DO NOT write a conclusion

Never, ever, ever write a conclusion. Toss out what you learned in journalism or English class, because in my e-books I never have a conclusion. I have an invitation section. I marked that section Invitation and then I invite people to continue further with me and continue education either through something that's free, like coming to a teleseminar or downloading a recording of a teleseminar, an audio replay, or to further invest with me.

That's one of the rules for all of my students. In everything that you put out there, always have a way for them to further invest with you or further further continue with you in some way or both. I basically turned that into an Invitation section in an e-book. Boom. Three steps, you've got an e-book.

Email Marketing – How to Gain Subscribers' Trust So They Buy More

Email Marketing – How to Gain Subscribers' Trust So They Buy More

Email marketing is an incredibly profitable internet exercise, as can be seen by the number of emails that arrive in my email box everyday. But that can not really be all of it. Why not? Because although I receive nearly 500 emails a day, I only open about 10 of them.

The funny thing is, the 10 I open are from the same people every day! Why? Because I trust the people who send me those emails. The other 490 emails do not get opened, get deleted, get sent to a swipe file, etc.

So why do I trust those people over the others? It's not like my grandmother is emailing me! I have never met these people in person. So why?

Why do I open some emails and not others?

1) I consistently receive quality content from the people whose emails I open. Note here: I used to open a particular person's email regularly, I had purchased a product from him, and then he sent me an email that was very much off-niche and a complete waste of my time. I rarely open his emails now. I no longer trust him.

2) The headline is consistent with the email is consistent with link in the email. If I open an email that advertises a free tool, and then the email tells me it is $ 5 and then the web site tells me it is $ 100, but I can get $ 95 back if I do not like it – I feel scared and probably will not continue to open that person's email. Always be consistent.

3) Some people send me free stuff that is really free. I never know when I am getting a gift from them, so I open their emails.

Internet Marketing Sales – Web Page Design – Part Eight

Internet Marketing Sales – Web Page Design – Part Eight

Your benefits and benefits summary section of your web site. The benefits section of your web site is where you will explain to your visitors all the benefits of using your product or service. Here you will outline every benefit of your product in paragraph form. Make these sections as appealing as you possibly can without stretching the truth too much. Write it from the stand-point of your visitor. If you were the visitor to this site would these benefits convince you to purchase this product.

Keep your sentences short but to the point. Also make your paragraphs no more than four to five sentences. Visitors to your web site do not like to read long drawn out paragraphs. Try to make the benefits of your product stand out, emphasize them by using bold, italic, underlined or even a different text type then the rest of your web site. You want your visitor to take notice of your benefits.

When writing the content of your website always write it from the stand-point of the customer. Try to convince yourself that the purchase of your product would be in your best interest. When you have finished writing your web site, always get somebody else to read it over and give you their opinion. If they suggest that certain charges be made, then try to follow their suggestions. Remember you are biased, they are not, you want to buy your product , they don’t. Remember it’s always easy to convince yourself to buy your product. It’s a completely different situation to convince a complete stranger to buy your product.

Place your benefit section after your problem solving section of your web site. Stress the benefits of your product, the customer always wants to know what’s in it for me? How will I benefit by using your product? This is what you must tell them within this section.

The summary of your benefits should be separated from the benefits section, placed more toward the end of your web site say just before your closing section. Remember you still have a list of 15 features or selling points that you can use for this section. Try not to make your benefits summary a repeat of your benefits section. Give them other points of interest. The reason that you would place the summary of your benefits closer to your closing or call to action section is to make it easier to close the sale.

Always stress the fine points about your product. Your purpose is to convince them to buy your product, by telling them all the good things about your product. Once the person understands how they will benefit by using your product, they will pretty much convince themselves that they want your product. This makes it easier for you to get them to take action and purchase it. Remember that you can tweak the truth a little bit, but remember that your product must deliver on all your promises. If not you will not get return customers.
